1. Returns
- Eligibility: Bags that remain unused and undamaged can be returned within a 30-day window from receipt.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order detail. Once your return is authorized, we will send you a shipping label.
- Condition: To be eligible for return, bags must be unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
2. Exchanges
- Eligibility: If you’d like to exchange a bag for a different style, color, or size, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
- Process: Pending availability, we will assist you with the exchange process. You may need to return the original bag before dispatching the new item.
3. Refunds
- Timing: Payment will be refunded after the returned item has been checked and approved.
- Method: The refund will be returned to the original payment source. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized bags.
- Bags that have been used or damaged through misuse.
- Sale or clearance items, unless defective.
5. Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for the shipping charges for returns unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your bag arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos for a prompt resolution.
